How to do abdominal vacuums properly?
I'm still a little confused on the vacuum aspect of Bullet Proof Abs. When I am doing vacuums, I am "pulling in" my abs and it doesn't feel like Pavel says it should in the book. I have my glutes clenched, tongue against my front two teeth (as in power breathing).
What am I missing?
