Evil Wheel: Transitioning from kneeling to standing
I really like the wheel for my abs but I am only able to do three from a standing positition. If I do them from the knees I am able to do about 50. I wanted my reps to be somewhere in between.
We have an old abdominal board and I stand at the lower end and adjust the height of the angle and use my wheel on it (the higher the angle the easier, the lower the angle the harder) so I am able to hit my target number of reps.
What are your thoughts on this?
